The Q-Riser 140 monitor stand elevates your screen to an ergonomic position at a perfect eye level. In addition it is always necessary to adjust the distance of your screen. Make sure that the top of the monitor does not exceed your eye level. The correct monitor position promotes a healthy posture in front of your screen and prevents strain in your neck and eyes. This has a positive impact on your wellbeing at work and leads to more performance.

Adjust your monitor screen to the correct height, angle, and distance so that you automatically adopt an ergonomically correct posture.
An optimised monitor position works a lot more comfortably and increases productivity by 10% compared with poor placement (Sommerich et al., 1998).

Distance between your eyes and the screen should be 50-80 cm (approximately an arm length), depending on monitor size and resolution. Adjust the distance of your screen (source: VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S. 93.).

The angle of your line of vision to the middle of the screen should be approximately -35°, so also adjust the height of your screen (source: VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S.46.)

The Q-Riser 140 monitor stand comes with five adjustable height levels (60-80-100-120-140 mm) allowing you to choose the most comfortable, and thus ergonomic and healthy, viewing angle while working. Simply loosen the four screws and lift the platform to adjust between the five different height levels.

With an ergonomic correct position, your eyes are relieved, and physical discomfort is prevented.

The material of this document holder is sustainable acrylic, which contains of 100 % recycled materials and can in turn be 100 % recycled. With this product the life-cycle of cast acrylic can be increased and at the same time the use of raw materials is reduced and the carbon foot-print from sheet production is also reduced. An environmentally friendly product, which makes a positive contribution to the environment.
