The NETGEAR DM111P, from NETGEAR Inc. is a good modem that includes all features basic to competitive DSL modems. Its warranty is not as good as the warranty for the ZyXEL Prestige 660M and it does not include the firewall and support for VPN passthro...
The product contains all standard features expected of DSL modems... 
For users who require a firewall, this is not the answer.
