QNAP's TS-459 Pro+ Turbo NAS has a lot of good qualities: robust performance, enterprise-level features, and a sleek Web interface. It's obvious that much work went into these features, which makes it all the more puzzling that the device's management...

Sharp-looking web-based interface. Supports enterprise-level RAID. Business-class features. LCD with menu makes for quick status viewing and updating. Easy to setup and deploy.

Problems auto-updating firmware. Issues with hot-swap drive capabilities. LCD menu makes an inadvertent reboot too easy.
